401 Discipleship for Leadership
Welcome to our "Senior" level class for leadership development. 101, 201 and 301 are all prerequisites along with an interview selection process for this 16 week deep dive into discipleship. Part of the design is for our leaders to get an elder and seminary level experience.

This is a 16 weeks commitment, 2 hours in group per week and at min 5 hours outside of group in order to successfully complete this 401 core curriculum of Romans12two.
The series is in 4 modules, we will evaluate progress of participates before moving to the next module. Each participant will have a “sponsor” to help guide them through and meet with 1:1.
